We are absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Amanda and Scott Gunter to sell our home in Verdi. From the moment they walked in the door, it was obvious these were the right people for us. Just about the most caring, competent, honest, and hard-working people I have ever worked with. We were buyers located out-of-state and selling a well-located but slightly dated house, so they took care of the vast majority of repairs, cleaning, storage, and staging, so we ended up needing to do very little. They also came up with many great ideas, communicated well, and always worked to kept costs to a minimum -- only things that were high bang for the buck. Also, as we were very sentimentally attached to the house, they also made a point of being sensitive to whatever changes they were making. Very smooth process, and much (much!) better than expected outcome. Couldn't be happier. Thank you, Amanda and Scott!!!!

Amanda and Scott went way above and beyond in every way through the purchase of my house. This is the first house I bought by myself, but I never once felt alone. I knew they had my best interests at heart. But don’t let her sweet nature fool you, Amanda is a negotiating beast. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We worked with both Amanda and Scott to buy our first home. Amanda and Scott successfully navigated us through a tricky housing market for first-time buyers. We ended up closing on a great home that meets our needs and is located in one of our preferred areas. Both Amanda and Scott were very responsive; always taking the time to answer our questions, offer advice and insight, and explain confusing aspects of the process to us. Amanda even set aside time to meet with us to review standard offer paperwork so we would have an idea of what to expect when it came time to make an offer. They are both very knowledgeable about the local market, and this knowledge came in handy when they advised us on an approach for making an offer. We both agree that we wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else!

Amanda and Scott were absolutely phenomenal! We could not imagine finding better agents. They took the time to listen to our wants and got to know us. We looked at quite a few house and they made themselves available for showings or any questions we had. As a first-time buyer, we didn’t know all of the questions that we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with someone who had my best interest at heart. We would recommend Amanda and Scott to everyone! They are kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and wonderful people. We also really enjoyed getting to know them as well. 100/10 don’t go to anyone else!

Amanda and Scott are an amazing team together… They not only negotiated in an excellent price for my house… Scott was there for every inspection that had to be done since I was out of state… Coming from a contractors background it was wonderful having someone there who understood what the inspectors were looking at… Amanda kept me posted about everything every step of the way answered all my questions quickly and gave me a lot of wonderful references for people who could help me get some things done at the house that I needed to get done… These are truly two of the best real estate agents I’ve ever encountered
